BMW officially launched model R1250 GS 2019 with the new R1250 RT. Both models are engine upgraded and equipped with some new technology. BMW R1200 GS will be upgraded engines in 2019, from 1,170 cc to 1,254 cc. Larger boxer engines now produce 136 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque with the all-new Shift Cam Boxer. The car has improved performance at low rpm, optimizing output power. New, refined liquid coolers also improve fuel economy, by about 4% compared to older engines. Both new models have two driving modes, electronic balance and sloping departure assistance as standard equipment. Optional Riding Modes Pro adds Dynamic modes including GS, Dynamic Pro, Enduro and Enduro Pro. A new upgrade to the 2019 is the standard connectivity. Equipped with the BMW Motorrad Multi-Controller system, the driver can access all functions of the car via Bluetooth, displayed on the new 6.5-inch color screen.
