C-Racer has transformed the 1999 Suzuki SV650 into a modern scrambler. The Suzuki SV650 was first introduced in 1999, before being replaced by the Gladius SFV650. With global sales of up to 400,000 units, this $ 6,999 model has received praise for its performance and affordability. The Suzuki SV650 is in the same segment as the Yamaha FZ-07, but it's cheaper than the XSR700 and the Ducati Scrambler Icon. The SV650 is a good looking car, with a perfect frame for a modern style. C-Racer begins by measuring each centimeter of the body. Each part is designed with 3D software, before the engineers move on to the final stage of prototyping and production. Aluminum parts such as the slug box are laser-cut, while the plastic parts are molded by a CNC machine. This process is relative to many parts that need to be molded, tested and assembled prior to the production of the final mold. Plastic complete set of kit includes small headlamp, side number plate, front plate and three-point guard. To make the car smoother on the street, the company uses Pirelli MT60 RS Corsa tires.
